$490 per hour, 4 hours minimum is $1960

Extras
$420 for BYO surcharge to provide the two staff to serve your alcohol and food, or choose a food and beverage package which waivers the BYO surcharge.

Sydneysider Finger Food Menu

All food and beverage prices are per guest, with a minimum of 30 (max 48) guests.

Please contact us should you require a quote for lower numbers, or any special requirements.

Menu 1 - $22 per person
- Home-made dips, hummus, tzatziki, guacamole and a selection of fresh breads
- Skewers of Marinated Chicken or Lamb Souvlaki or Moroccan Beef, hot off the barbecue (choose 2).
- Chocolate chip cookies.

Menu 2 - $30 per person
- Fresh prawns with tequila mayonnaise.
- Skewers of Marinated Chicken or Lamb Souvlaki or Moroccan Beef, hot off the barbecue (choose 2).
- Chocolate mud cake and strawberries.

Menu 3 - $45 per person
- Fresh prawns with tequila mayonnaise.
- Smoked salmon blinis with crème fraiche and dill.
- Chicken Tikka with Raita on Cucumber.
- Skewers of Marinated Chicken and Lamb Souvlaki and Moroccan Beef, hot off the barbecue.
- Followed by seasonal fruit and a selection of fine chocolate desserts.

Add an antipasto platter to any set menu for $150.
Fresh deli meats (salami/ham/pastrami/etc), gourmet cheeses, marinated olives and char-grilled vegetables, freshly baked bread and a variety of dips

Add a vegetarian platter to any set menu for $150
Platter of bruschetta with various vegetarian toppings, barbecued vegetables including pumpkin, sweet potato, asparagus, vegetarian sushi, marinated olives, freshly baked bread and a variety of dips

Choose 1 of the following drink packages (based on 4 hour charter):

Standard - $28 per guest ($7 per hour)
Standard and light beer, sparkling and red and white wines, soft drink and bottled water.

Premium - $38 per guest ($9.50 per hour)
Standard, light, low carb and premium beers, red, white & sparkling wine, soft drink, bottled water and juice.

A Cash Bar is also available on request, eg $6 for premium beers and wines per glass, $2 for soft drinks
